…for temporary housing! Wooooo hoooooo!

We found our house. And it’s so adorable. And modern. And new. Not brand new – but lived in just enough for someone else to break it in. And it’s got none of the 120 year old charm that we had back East … but we are OK with that.

Immediate projects: paint two rooms and buy the kids some beds.

Long-term projects: make it our home.

We were half-tempted to ask them to leave the furnishings behind – these people had some kickin’ taste. Since we literally found out we got the house today and are moving in at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow (Friday), we’ll just see how our crap lovely home furnishings look and go from there. More on the purchase saga later. For now – here are some pics.
